Durée : Standard Contractual Clauses

Standard contractual clauses are a set of pre-approved agreements that outline how données personnelles is transferred between organizations located in different countries. They are used to ensure that data protection laws are maintained when personal data is transferred to a country outside of the European Union that does not have adequate data protection laws. Standard contractual clauses are provided by the European Commission.
