Compliance with privacy laws is a complex and ongoing process that cannot be achieved overnight. It requires ongoing effort and commitment to privacy best practices.
In fact, no one can guarantee compliance and if they do, that's a red flag.
We do, however, provide resources that makes it easier for you to achieve compliance.
We use Human-AI Collaboration.
"Human-AI collaboration is the study of how humans and artificial intelligence (AI) agents work together to accomplish a shared goal."
In short, our AI model helps us assess privacy risks, but we always have privacy professionals to overview the assessments and decision-making process.
hoggo in Japanese (保護) means care; protection; shelter; safeguard; guardianship.

Trust Grade
We can't change Trust Grades.
Our algorithm calculates automatically publicly available data about your company's privacy practices together with the information provided (if provided) in your Privacy Passport.
We'd be happy to take the money, but we can't change any grade.
You may request the removal of your company from our directory. However, please note that we reserve the right to decline this request since we source our information from publicly available resources.
Failure to claim or complete your passport might adversely affect your Trust Grade.
Kindly note that if we consent to remove your company from our directory, a notice indicating that you have requested this removal will be displayed, without any additional explanation. This might harm the trust and confidence of your prospects and clients.
Privacy Passport
If you searched for a vendor and we don't have a Privacy Passport for it yet, you can request one by filling out the "Vendor Request Form".
Technical Issues
For claiming your passport, click "Claim" at the bottom of the Privacy Passport.
If it says "Claimed", it means that someone from your organization has already claimed ownership and you should get invited by them as collaborators. If you can't get a hold of the owner, you may contact us at help@hoggo.io and we can try and help.
